My Coaching Style

Wherever possible, I always try to work in the following way with each client:

  • Step 1: A 3 session starter package that focuses on their biggest current challenge. This is then followed by a tailored 7-day “take control project”, before an overall happiness assessment.
  • Step 2: A long-term plan of action for staying in control of the relevant challenge.
  • Step 3: A personalised self-development programme, based on the client’s initial sessions and their preferences.

Data & Personalisation

Before their first full session, each client is asked to complete a short self-assessment, which is relevant to their current situation. And they then receive a personalised report.

When providing my services, I always feel passionate about helping people to:

  • Start making more decisions based on the expected effects to their happiness
  • Embrace their key ambitions, while identifying the optimal paths towards them
  • Take more personal responsibility, while always looking to learn helpful lessons
  • Become more pragmatic rather than ideological
  • Create opportunities for themselves and others when possible

My Suggested Mindsets

When working with my clients, I also encourage them to embrace each of the following mindsets:

  • Feeling grateful for what they have, rather than always wanting more
  • Trying to empathise with other people before judging them
  • Treating others with the respect that they would expect themselves
  • Aiming to become a more positive influence towards others where possible
  • Becoming more open to the idea of redemption, when someone is genuinely remorseful (apart from certain extreme circumstances)

However, I always try to respect what each client’s key values are, and I always try to work in a flexible way to accommodate them.

Where I Coach

When working with any client, I can potentially engage with them in several different ways.

Most of my sessions tend to be held online (using Zoom or Google Hangouts), because this allows me to easily work with people in all parts of the world.

This also tends to be the most convenient option for most of my clients, and the only requirements for this type of meeting are as follows:

However, whenever any client would like to meet in person, I will always try to make this happen at least once when possible.

During the winter months, I sometimes offer personalised wellness retreat options in Fuerteventura (in the Canary Islands), with further details being available on request.
