My 7-Day Programmes
After the initial consultation period, I offer a number of clearly structured 7-day programmes in each of the following areas various happiness-based skills, certain key personal life areas, and several different professional life situations.
To complete any of these programmes, you’ll need to follow each of these steps:
- Step 1: Take the relevant self-assessment on this page (in just a few minutes)
- Step 2: Read the personalised report that is sent to you via email
- Step 3: Create your relevant project sheet
- Step 4: Complete the tasks listed on each section of that project sheet
- Step 5: Re-take the relevant assessment at the end of your programme
- Step 6: Consider all of your relevant progress
It’ll then be time to create your long-term plan of action.
Long-Term Plans of Action
When we’re working together to create your long-term plan, we’ll consider each of the following points:
- A prioritised list of strategies that’ll be likely to help you
- A clear programme that’ll replace your relevant bad habits with positive ones
- Several NLP techniques that’ll help you to improve your relevant identity
- All of the key challenges that you’re likely to face
- Each of your potential solutions for overcoming them
- Recommendations for various types of specialist support (if needed)
You’ll also receive an explanation on how AI can potentially be used, in order to keep all of your relevant advice up to date moving forward.
