My Coaching Style

Wherever possible, I always try to work in the following way with each client:

  • Step 1: A 3 session starter package that focuses on the client’s biggest current challenge, followed by a tailored 7-day “take control project” and an overall happiness assessment.
  • Step 2: A long term plan of action for staying in control of the initial challenge that’s been under discussion.
  • Step 3: A personalised self-development programme, based on the client’s initial sessions and each of their relevant preferences.

More details can be provided on request.

Data & Personalisation

Before their first full session, each of my clients are asked to complete short self-assessments that are relevant to their current situation, before they then receive a personalised report.

When providing each of my services, I feel very passionate about helping people to:

  • Prioritise their decisions based on their expected happiness effects
  • Embrace their key ambitions, whilst identifying the correct paths towards them
  • Take personal responsibility and learn key lessons wherever possible
  • Become more pragmatic rather than ideological whenever possible
  • Create opportunities for themselves and others when possible

My Suggested Mindsets

When working with my clients, I also encourage them to embrace each of the following mindsets:

  • Feeling grateful for what they have, rather than always wanting more
  • Trying to empathise with other people before judging them
  • Treating others with the respect that they expect themselves
  • Aiming to become a positive influence towards others where possible
  • Becoming open to the idea of redemption when someone is genuinely remorseful (apart from certain extreme circumstances)

However, I always try to respect what each client’s core values are, and I always try to work in a flexible way to accommodate these when necessary.

Where I Coach

When working with any clients, I can engage with them in several different ways.

Most of my sessions tend to be held online (using Google Hangouts or Zoom), because this allows me to regularly work with people from all over the world.

This also tends to be the most convenient form of communication for most of my clients, and the only requirements for this type of meeting are as follows:

  • Having a working camera
  • Having a working microphone
  • Having the ability to install the relevant software.

However, at the start of each relationship, if any client is based in the South East of England, I can also try to meet them in person for one of the first few sessions. And can usually offer a number of different location options.

Occasionally, I also offer personalised wellness retreats in Fuerteventura (in the Canary Islands), as I usually try to spend some of my time there during the winter months.

Further details on each option can be provided on request.
