  • I offer a wide range of personal development services. These 7-day programmes help people to start feeling much happier in both their personal and professional lives, whilst providing the tools to help them keep feeling happier moving forward.

  • Each of my programmes are designed to focus on gradual progress, one day at a time for 7 days. This is normally the amount of time that's available between each week to week session. And it's usually enough time for each of my clients to start feeling in control of the relevant subject.

  • We arrange a time to speak for an initial 20 minute call. After that call, I'll send you a follow up email with suggested next steps.

  • No. If you decide not to proceed to the paid sessions, there will be no obligation to do so.

  • Each of your initial 3 sessions will cost £70 per hour. However, if you pay for all 3 sessions upfront, the price for the first 3 sessions will be discounted to £195 in total. Then, you will be offered several different service package options, with regards to continuing your service. These will be based on your self-assessment results and the key notes from your first 3 sessions.

  • You will be asked to pay via bank transfer or debit card before the relevant session begins.

  • I offer a free version of my relevant e-books to each client, and I ask them to read a few pages per day for 7 days ahead of each upcoming session.

  • I ask my clients to complete one big self-assessment before the 3rd session that they have with me, then a smaller self-assessment ahead of each follow up session. After each self-assessment, you'll receive a personalised report to consider ahead of your session.

  • Ahead of each session, you'll be asked to work through a short project sheet. This will be a place to record your assessment scores, complete some quick helpful tasks and list your personal development goals. We'll be working through these sheets during your sessions, and they are something that you'll always have access to as a reference point.

  • Yes of course! All of your data and project sheets will be created in a way that only you have access to them initially. And it'll be your choice on whether to share them with me or not. Any notes that I make during our sessions will only ever be shared with you, and never with anyone else.

  • We can meet on either Google Hangouts or Zoom. I can be very flexible on which times I'm available. And usually, I can be available on any day of the week depending on how much notice I have.

  • I'm normally available to meet in most parts of London or the South East. And ideally, I like to meet towards the start of any new client relationship where possible. I can sometimes meet people in other parts of the UK when necessary. I also offer in-person wellness retreats in Fuerteventura at certain times of the year. 

  • Absolutely! Even though we'll be agreeing and working towards a structured programme from the start, you will be able to change either the subjects that we're covering per session at any time.

  • You'll start to notice these almost straight away. That's because every programme starts by focusing on the development of self awareness, and then showing a clear path towards all target progress. At this point, most of my clients tend to start feeling very much in control of the relevant situation, and this is usually enough to help them start feeling happy with it. Then, they usually start to feel even more satisfied, as they're completing their initial 7 day project. Before the focus then shifts towards maintaining all of their achieved benefits permanently.
