Learn Key Happiness Skills
Whenever I work with a new personal development client, I usually suggest that we focus on improving their key “happiness skills” at first.
Then, once these skills have been optimised, I help each client to apply those skills across many different key parts of their life. And this helps to generate various long-term improvements for them. This process involves helping each client to:
- Understand what their key happiness skills are
- Embrace and strengthen each one
- Decide on where to apply them
After your first 2 sessions, you’ll be asked to complete a skills-based assessment, which will be part of your larger scale happiness assessment.
And this will generate a “skills-based” results section within your personalised report.
Then, where helpful, I’ll recommend the skills-based 7-day programmes that’ll be likely to benefit you the most. Further details on these courses are explained in the below:
My 7-Day Skills Courses
- Learn how to stay happy
- Learn to harmonise your past, present & future
- Learn to become more resilient
- Learn to increase your self-awareness
- Learn to feel more positive
- Learn to manage your expectations
- Learn to maintain a “YOLO” mindset
I have written a different book to complement each of these courses, and the full list of books can be found here.
Each 7-day course delivers a mix of relevant content, task-based exercises and access to a relevant project sheet.
And I also offer complementary coaching services with each of these courses.
When helping my clients to work through these courses, I always start by helping my client to understand what their relevant “happiness skills” are. And what the relevant keys to success are for improving them.
Then, I ask them to read through a small amount of content that is relevant to the course (day by day), while completing one quick task each day.
At the end of the week, I then work with each client to review all of their progress, while helping them to identify how they can practice each of their relevant skills.
