My 3 Session Packages
When you get in touch with me, you’ll be offered an initial free consultation.
During that session, we’ll start getting to know each other, and I’ll then ask a few questions to understand what your biggest current challenges are.
Then, I’ll actively listen to how you’re feeling about the relevant matter, and I’ll offer some relevant advice that can help you in the short term.
At the end of that consultation, I’ll then explain the following 3-week approach that I normally recommend for each of my clients:
- Week 1: We discuss one current situation that you’d like to improve, and plan a tailored 7-day “take control project”
- Week 2: After you complete your project, we review it together and we discuss some potential long-term strategies
- Week 3: You complete a short but detailed happiness assessment, which will generate a relevant and personalised report across all key areas of your life
Then, you’ll receive various options for a personalised programme, that’ll help you to start feeling much happier in each of the key areas that you’d like to prioritise. And I’ll also explain the way that certain AI tools can potentially help you to do this.
However, there will be no obligations for you to pay for any further services.
In terms of the initial 3 sessions, there will also be no obligation for you to pay for them all upfront. But if you’re willing to do so, you will receive a £15 discount (in total) across each of the 3 sessions, bringing the total fee down to just £195.
Week 1 Programme
Before your first full session, you’ll be asked to complete a short online document that summarises your main reason for getting in touch. And you’ll also be asked to explain what your initial relevant objectives are.
This document will take no more than a few minutes to complete, and plenty of guidance will be provided on how to complete it.
During our first session, we’ll then discuss everything that you’ve mentioned in that document, and anything else that you’d like to talk about in relation to that challenge.
We’ll then plan a helpful 7-day project for the week ahead, and a summary of everything that we’ve agreed will be sent to you via email.
Week 2 Programme
During our 3nd session together, we’ll then focus on each of the following discussion points in relation to your happiness assessment:
- Each of your most insightful scores
- All of the key insights from your personalised reports
- How you feel about each of your results
- Which key happiness skills may be worth prioritising
- Which key parts of your life you’d most like to take control of
After the session, you’ll then be presented with a selection of 7-day programmes to choose from, based on where you’d most like to prioritise.
You’ll then be presented with several options on how to potentially complete each relevant programme. Further details can be seen on this page.
Week 3 Programme
During our 3nd session together, we’ll then discuss the following in relation to your happiness assessment:
- Each of your scores, and all of key insights from your personalised reports
- How you feel about each of your results
- Which key happiness skills, or which key parts of your life you may want to prioritise moving forward
After the session, you’ll then be presented with a selection of 7-day programmes to choose from, based on where you’re planning to prioritise.
These programmes are include a mix of “skill-based” and “take-control” based ones, with a very clear overview provided for each one. And you’ll then be presented with several options on how to potentially complete each programme, or just the ones that you decide to prioritise.
